TERMS OF SERVICE - TRUTH OR DARE [PLAYTHIS.WTF]

1. ACCEPTANCE: By creating an account or using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE: Truth & Dare is a social entertainment application. It is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind.

3. NO LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You play entirely at your own risk. The creators, developers, and 'El Nosso' are NOT responsible for any physical injury, psychological harm, emotional distress, relationship issues, or legal consequences resulting from any 'Truth' or 'Dare' prompt. All prompts are suggestions only.

4. RIGHT TO REFUSE: Every player has the absolute right to refuse any prompt at any time. We strictly prohibit any form of coercion, bullying, or peer pressure.

5. CONDUCT: You agree to use this app responsibly. Harassment, hate speech, and illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

6. USER CONTENT: You are 100% responsible for any 'Custom Packs' you create. You must own the rights to all content. We reserve the right to delete content that violates our standards or local laws.

7. AGE & SUPERVISION: Users must be 16+. For Family, School, or Work packs, minors may participate only under strict supervision of a legal guardian or responsible adult.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The app design, code, and original questions are property of PlayThis.WTF.

9. PAYMENTS: Purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not offer refunds directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via Google Play Settings.

10. TERMINATION: We reserve the right to ban any user for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect your email, profile data (age/gender/vibe), and game preferences to sync your progress and personalize questions. Payments are handled by Google. Your data is stored securely on Hostinger and can be deleted upon request.

1. Overview
Truth or Dare by Playthis.WTF operates the mobile application and the website located at https://tod.playthis.wtf. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

2. Information Collection and Use
We collect: Email Address (account/login), Display Name (public nickname), Date of Birth (age verification for Dirty/Extreme modes), Gender and Orientation (content tailoring), and optional Phone Number.

Usage and Game Data: We collect room codes, custom packs, votes, device preferences (language/TTS), and technical logs (IP/device identifiers) for security.

3. Google Play Billing
Transactions are processed securely by Google. We do NOT store your payment card details. We only receive an anonymous token to grant PRO features.

4. Data Storage
Data is stored in a secure MySQL database on Hostinger servers with encryption and hashing.

5. Third-Party Services
We use Google Cloud, Google Play Services, and Microsoft Edge TTS.

6. Retention and Deletion
Data is kept as long as your account is active. Request deletion via profile or support@playthis.wtf.

7. Age Restrictions
Primarily intended for users 16+. Minors (Family/School/Work packs) require adult supervision.
